Jean Wills (1924 ''-'' ) is a model (person) who became Miss Southern California of 1948 and Mrs. Southern California of 1949. On January 27, 1952 she was arrested by Burbank, California police on a charge of disturbing the peace. Her sister, Dorothy Nemetz, of Whittier, California, was taken into custody at the same time, when the two women struggled with John H. Wills, estranged husband of Jean Wills.
